The Aruba condo is owned free and clear. Of course, it's a time share,
so this isn't a major accomplishment, really. We own three weeks of it.
What's really neat is that we only use one week a year (most years),
and rent it the other two. This year we rented it out for all three.
The Beemer is owned free and clear, as is the Harley.
The Mazda B2300 was paid off back in 2000.
At the current rate, the Cadillac will be free and clear by the end of
the year.
We're seven months ahead on the PT Cruiser. Of course, the bank
doesn't really see it that way. They apply the extra payments to the
principle. This doesn't bother us, since it means it will get paid off all
the sooner.
The Camry (the Arkansas vehicle) is owned free and clear. We bought it
used, so this isn't as impressive as it might at first seem.
We're four years ahead on the Iowa house's mortgage and two and a half
ahead on the Arkansas house.
The Piper Cub is owned free and clear as well.
Once again, you try to make yourself seem oh so great when compared to
me, and fail.
