Well, calling one fo the facilities a "gassing cellar" comes VERRRRY
close. In general, the Nazis knew what they were doing was illegal
(see also their comments re: Scandinavia in the Wannsee Protocols) so
didn't state it clearly. They preferred to use words like "special
treatment".
The traces of HCN in the Kremas, along with the documentary and
eywitness evidence are more than compelling though...
