HI.

I am a Us Navy Veteran. I recently got denied my claim for PTSD due to
missing information on my DD-214.

I am missing the campaign awards I recieved while I was stationed on
USS Gonzales ddg-66. I was in the adriatic sea conducting operations
from jan99 till jul 99. I participated in all the operations during
the lideration of Kosovo. Nothing from that ship is on my dd-214.

Also I am missing the medals and ribbons from the USS Normandy cg-60.
I participated in the operation Enduring freedom and Iraqi freedom and
none of those medals are on my dd-214. I was on the normandy from
octuber 99 till december 2002. I was deployed in the persian gulf from
jun 2002 till december 2002. I was also member of the Maritime
interdiction operations. Nothing of that shows on my dd-214.

Can somebody please guide me in the right dirrection on how I can get
this dd-214 fixed and get the medals I earned. How I can get prove of
all this to bring to the VA so I can get service connected with the
PTSD.
