Just for general practices let's go ahead and enforce the law where
Muslims must keep their heads lower than Jewish heads. No matter
where the Muslim is he or she must keep his or her head lower than a
Jews head.

For example; Say a Muslim is walking down the street in Tel-Aviv and a
Jew walks by the Muslim. The Muslim must bow his head a lower his head
