The above is part of this new theory that superconductors are merely
Capacitor Currents.

Now the above is easily testable and the experiments to date are in
agreement with the
above. The important test is to take a type I superconductor such as
mercury at 4 Kelvin
or lead at 7 Kelvin and apply a AC current instead of a DC current.

The superconductor itself turns the incoming current into a Capacitor
Current.

So we have three types of currents at work. If we apply a DC current
to mercury at
4 Kelvin we end up with a Capacitor Current of superconduction.
However, now,
when we apply a AC current at a certain amperage the vortices appear
and so
there is no longer a superconduction at 4 Kelvin and thus the mercury
becomes
a Type II superconductor. Now, if we chill the mercury to near 0
Kelvin with this
same AC current we restore the mercury back to that of a Type I
superconductor.
At least that is what the theory speculates the outcome.

That in superconductivity, it is all about what type of currents are
flowing, whether
you have a DC or AC or Capacitor-Current.
