Interesting question. Could be he's not familiar with MIP models (in
which case the complementarity stuff may turn out to be even more
foreign). On the other hand, could be he's done enough MIPs to know
that the acronym can also stand for Massively Irritating Problem, in
which case maybe he's looking for some approach with a solution time not
measured in decades. ;-)
