"A magnetic field which is not changing produces no electric field,
and an electric field that is not changing produces no magnetic
field."

Too bad a magnetic field which IS changing produces (causes) no
electric field and an electric field that IS changing produces
(causes) no magentic field as well.

So much for that answer...
