that Einstein's 1911 equation c'=3Dc(1+V/c^2) is consistent with the
gravitational redshift factor 1+V/c^2:

Now Roberts Roberts you should just draw the implications of this
consistency. In particular Roberts Roberts, you should demonstrate
that, if the speed of light obeys Einstein's 1911 equation c'=3Dc(1+V/
c^2) and does not obey the equation c'=3Dc according to which the speed
of light is constant in a gravitational field, then there is NO
GRAVITATIONAL TIME DILATION. Can you perform this deduction Roberts
Roberts? Note Roberts Roberts that you should demonstrate the validity
of an IF-CLAUSE, that is, you do not need to know which equation -
c'=3Dc(1+V/c^2) or c'=3Dc - is correct.
