Rather large wavelength and em amplitude with respect to
light of course, but since they are electromagnetic in nature,
speed of light and all, they must, mustn't they ?

Bremmstrahlung photons, apparently.

Is there any indication that they are not ?

My specialized area of research is fundamental particles.
