Well, I just called it "dogma" but yeah that's the idea. I think your
English is just fine. If we need to go back and forth a few times to
sort out meanings then hey, that is what discussion and debate is all
about anyway, right? TImo is the "true believer" here. I, like you,
say that when math doesn't EXACTLY fit "reality" then it can't be
considered to be "reality"! And I go further. I say how can you
"know" that math "fits reality" in EVERY CASE? You'd have to be God
to make that kind of assertion! Thus Timo is really arguing that math
is God! As for me, it just all sounds a bit like arguments whether
the "trinity" is three Gods in One or One God in Three!

Hey, thanks and don't be afraid to unlurk! ALL questions and comments
here add to the discussion! Just like this time, if there are mis-
communications (and there usually always are with the written or
spoken word!) then sorting them out is PART of the "education" process
we all get here! You know it's like the old thing about if you want
to learn something really well, teach it to someone else! So yeah, by
each of us trying to tell the others about what we think, we ALL learn
a bit more about what we think we know! So if you "want to know" hold
your nose and jump in! You are doing GREAT!
