In a democratic socialist system, when the people have had enough fo Too
Much Socialism, they can change the rules. Even in mainland China, which
is not democratic they have changed the rules.
It has been said that if a young man is not a socialist by the age of 20
he has no heart and if he is still a socialist at the age of 40 he has
no brains.
