I'm presuming you've got TS profile paths set up per user? You should, if
you don't...e.g., \\fileserver\tsclients$\%username% You should also be
using folder redirection for My Documents, Desktop, and Application Data to
your file server (e.g., \\fileserver\users$\

You can also use a roaming profile path if you like, but if you don't, the
TS profile should not get downloaded when you log in to a desktop - you
should get a new, vanilla profile.
