Register the Jscript.dll [javascript]
Click Start.
Choose Run.
In the Run box, type
regsvr32 jscript.dll
Click OK.

If that does not resolve the issue -

You receive a scripting error or a blank page when you visit the Windows
Update Web site or the Microsoft Update Web site

NOTE: If IE7 is installed do NOT use the below KB.
Also, there is no msjava.dll to register anymore.
