Lanwench already told you how to solve this problem but you didn't do it the
correct way. UPS software, notoriously badly written BTW, is trying to
write to an area of the registry and/or hard drive that is forbidden to
Users. That's why she suggested you use Process Monitor/RegMon to find out
where and make permission adjustments accordingly. Now you're talking about
MS Office and a similar situation. This does not usually happen with Office
so you've got something set up incorrectly from the start.

No one reading about this in a newsgroup can set up your Active Directory
for you. Hire a local computer professional to come on-site and do this for
you correctly. This is a cost of doing business. The alternative is for you
to start over and muddle through yourselves.
