Not sure I ever saw this error until experiencing it today myself.

Suspect its pretty much a 'no action necessary error' as it occurred just
after I'd cleaned all my history tracks (everything), then re-booted while my
USB read-writer was still powered-connected.

Maybe someone here can acknowledge the knowledge and disclose common causes
for this error?
