No, you said that the War in Afghanistan was okay by you, which did
not just include Clinton-esque "pursue camps where we find them" and
aspirin factories elsewhere, and calling it a day, but rather a full-
blown invasion, occupation, and installation of a new government.
Both wars in Afghanistan and Iraq are identical in that respect,
except for the fact that Iraq, for many reasons, presented a greater
threat, made war against its neighbors, harbored terrorists --
including the future leader of al-QED in Iraq, who DID HAVE a camp
inside Iraq -- had an insane leader but also a quite substantial
secular, Western-style tradition to work with. It is easier to predict
that more success can be made from Iraq than from Afghanistan, and yet
you have in common with anti-war turds like Ron Paul that Afghanistan
War was a just war, and Iraq War was not, though now you are revising
history to make out that the Afghanistan War was just a matter of
"pursuing camps".

He got his trial and was convicted. End of story.

Gosh, you mean a minority opinion? Scalia is a thug.

Why can't you find an example of an American citizen who might
actually have a chance of being innocent of taking up arms against the
country?

It is SCOTUS which is close to breaching the separation of powers.
