No I'm not a "legal postivist" (to the extent you or tweedledum, Agent
Cooper, have ever defined the term ), and, no, I don't hold to
whatever nonsense you concoct in the last part of your asserion. The
individual is the final arbiter of everything in my book, but
certainly in not your book.
