Just to rephrase to confirm....you are saying Bush doesn't make the
distinction between the terms "preemptive" and "preventative" but you
personally do right? OK. I can accept that. Perhaps I am confusing
mainstream American media's repetitive use of the word "preemption"
and your further argument as meaning Bush also personally supported
that distinction.

Which would indeed mean I do actually agree with Bush in this
instance (sort of :)
