"has become"? When did this start, Fred?

Here Fred revealingly calls our fearsome campaign of "shock and awe" an
example of "one-hand-tied-behind-our-backs". Tell us, Fred, what's in
the other hand that we didn't use?

So Fred favors unjust wars. I suspect that just war theory has been
taught at the U.S. military academies since the beginning of each.
Fortunately, one aberrant administration does not appear to be enough to
change that, especially since just war concepts are in the interests of
our military.
