I respect the wishes of a small state (such as the Vatican) to have religion
seeped into their governmental levels. As long as they give their citizens the
option to leave the state freely, it seems fine. I see it as the founding
fathers of the US - many small experiments where we can observe what happens
with different laws.

Keep in mind, I think religion is a lie and all that, but when a group of
people *want* those conditions, it's really up to them.
