The truth can only be intrinsic to something else. meaning that the
quality of truth is an integral part of the very identity of the other
entity. I would think that in the Objectivist view the truth should be
intrinsc to the physical laws of the universe, since there are no
exceptions to those laws..Reality is the standard of truth of
Objectivism.
