This is like trying to find a reference that white is lighter than
black. I'm not sure anybody bothered to compile actual numbers because
it is so unbelievably obvious what the results will be.
Every article that argues that global warming will kill more people
than it saves begins by acknowledging the mind-bogglingly obvious fact
that this is a counter-intuitive conclusion because we all know that
cold kills more people than heat.
For example, this is one typical global-warming will kill article:

And it starts out:
"Since heat-related deaths are generally much fewer than cold-related
deaths, the overall effect of global warming on health can be expected
to be a beneficial one".
In other words, you are arguing with me over what both sides (and all
sane people) already agree on. We'd have to get way past this to get
anywhere close to anything controversial.
