You have no way to know that, it's just a guess. It's quite possible
that avoiding the release would result in an overall worse climate.

Nobody is blindly manipulating climate. Manipulation and engineering
require intent.
Your position is that we should bear clear, known costs and unclear,
unknown costs in the hope of obtain unclear potential benefits. The
person trying to engineer the climate has a steep burden of proof.
