I am aware of meaning, and it does not apply here, but then maybe you
think it does, but we'll never know, will we? President Bush and
Americans with common sense happen to understand causality and
purposeful action with positive results, though a difficult concept
that may be to you and much of the backwards world. Certainly it is
difficult to argue that Bush's WoT has done the country harm. And I
repeat to Agent Cooper, and other pseudo-libertarians, the budget
deficit must be met by cutting social-welfare programs, not
constitutionally directed federal functions.
