We're just being kind. The other alternative is to brand them stupid.

Only surprising to you, Meathead, because you are apparently unaware
that so do a very substantial number of Israelis. They are a very
substantial and vocal minority - and of course as one would expect
quite pervasive in the universities (why they should they be any less
intellectually corrupt than ours).

Now all we need is a parallel in the Arab community though that would
be hard to achieve since their life expectancy would be quite low.
