Sanctions and "international community" don't work either. We had sanctions
against Cuba and Iraq and they did nothing. When we do things like that it
bolsters the leader and gives him an enemy to rally his people against. Saddam
and Castro were very effective in using this tactic. Just be friendly and
trade with all. That's how we turned Vietnam around.

Just leave them the hell alone, that's all that needs to be done. Stop
meddling. Damn socialists and globalists can't help but put their fingers in
every pie they see.
