Unfortunately, just putting out an idea, assuming that somebody else is going to do something with it is not enough.
Here is how it works in the free world :
Take your idea, build a prototype, try it out, test it, and check if the savings outweigh the costs.
If it checks out, then turn it into a commercial product, or sell it to somebody that can turn it into a commercial product
The market will then decide if it is 'acceptable'. If it is, you get well paid and you move to your next idea.
Is this easy ? No. It's much easier to complain that ideas are not easily acceptable, which is what most people do.
But you are on the right track, and certainly show passion for innovation.
Just take it a few steps further before you check your statement.....
