Nice fiction. Does it matter to the price of diesel
(or other fuels) if the crude is refined in NJ
versus the Virgin Islands?

In fact, refining it closer to the original pump
probably makes everything _cheaper_ (to produce,
not necessarily in sales price) since they're
only transporting the finished product, without
all the wasted other stuff.
