This your answer implies that if someone manages to convince you to
the idea (e.g. by showing the prototype that works), you will provide
funding. So these are my next questions: (1) How much funds you are
prepared to provide? (2) Are you open to new ideas? (3) Have you ever
heard of "thesta-distatica" from Methernitha in Switzerland? (4) Have
you read the totaliztic web page "boiler.htm" about a device which
according to research of the most scientific institution of the
country in which it was built, had such dangerously high efficiency
(around 2000%) that it was blocked for over 60 years from production
in factories?
