that biofuels are a nonsens.

Now it shows up, that I had been right.

When nothing is done, this means oil prices at $300

But what did US after Pearl Harbor 1941?

Do nothing or a dramatic increas in production
of goods to deal with the situation?

1944 US military expenses had been at 38% GNP

Now again, there is a threat from 2 fronts

PeakOil, decreasing oil production
Global warming

The best answer is a dramatic increase of photovoltaik production.
As dramatic as the increase of wappons production 1941!

There had been not 4 years between Pearl Harbor
and the atomic bomb, a new super wappon.

Begining of 2nd world war, there had been not enough
Penecilin to heal only one human.

Penecilin was tested first at mice. After Penecilin had
great success, the first test at deadly ill human.
Dramatic improvement, but no enough Penecilin to
continue the treatment.

The production had been so much increased until
1945, that several hundred thousand allied soldiers
had been saved by the new super wappon against
infections.

Now it's not about atomic bombs, wappons and
Penecilin to deal with the situation.

Now it's photovoltaic to generate the energy without oil,
Lithium batteries to drive our cars without oil.
