I have not been following ethanol that closely out side of the US.
Is 100% ethanol in common practice in some other countries?
Does 100% ethanol (or some other ratio) demonstrate fuel economies on
a per liter basis (when used in a production engine designed for that
fuel) comparable to a similar size/power gasoline/petrol engine?
