Actually he is completely correct -- and I brought this exact same point
to your attention last time you posted something about that quote.
In its full context it says nothing more than that the government
of the United States, in its dealings with Israel, must deal with the
government elected by the people of Israel, and not with whatever
Israeli political party we might rather deal with.
Its exactly parallel to saying that if Israel wishes to deal
with us, then they must deal with the President and Congress
we choose to elect, and not with the Green Party or the Natural
Law Party.
It says exactly that, and nothing more.
