Nuclear allows MORE use of energy since it's cheap enough to deploy on

At last, I don' t undestand the link between insulation, passive solar or
cogeneration (heating) and nuclear (electricity)
Of course, we could use electricity (from nuclear plants, too) to power high
efficiency heat pumps or serial hybrid electric vehicles, but they don' t
really avoid the implementation of energy savings technologies
