Construction cost is about 3 or 4 billions per GW, enable to produce more
than 8 billions of kWh per year. Nuclear O&M including fuel in US is less
than 2 cent per kWh. A kW of solar PV, as far I know, costs more than 6000 $
per kW installed and doesn' t easily produce more than 1500 kWh per kW of
peak installed; of course fuel costs are free, I can' t say about O&M, but I
suppose are almost free, too
