Treat everybody fairly and they won't treat oppression as an obstacle
to be overcome at all costs.

America has a few million Muslims and violent radicalism is
practically unknown there because each person has the personal
protection of the Bill of Rights.

In countries like India where the rule of law is very weak, people
must cluster in groups and have their identities defined by their
group. This leads to group think and splitism.

Step one to fix this would be to purge the Indian Constitution of all
group based quotas and special treatments. When discrimination is the
law of the land, people discriminate.
