I see CNG trucks and mass transit all the time here in Los Angeles.
I don't know if it's any cheaper here than the diesel that these
vehicles normally use but I have heard rumors of a pending shortage
of natural gas. If it's cheaper now, it might not be for very long.
Whenever folks around here talk about lower carbon and pollution,
it generally involves hydrogen or electricity, not CNG.
