Quite impossible, since water vapour concentration is determined by
temperature and CO2 raises the surface temperature.
Hence increasing CO2 levels, increases water vapour concentrations which
in turn magnifies the amount of warming produced by the CO2 alone.
All of which has been explained to you - a hundred times by now...
