I am aware of the length of a school year. Since I made no comment
about school years or the number of weeks, what I realize about that
number of weeks is hardly relevant.

I made no comment on the competency of someone who went through any
particular program. I make the comment that this posting of yours
shows yet again that you a severe reading comprehension problem.

I make no comment on what passing anything shows in the way of
competence.

You demonstrate your INcompetence when you post to the newsgroups, and
that is necessarily my only basis for evaluation.
